From the Author After designing several coloring books I wanted to try creating an activity book that incorporated coloring. I decided to do a photo-hunt coloring book and as I started making a list of objects to hide in the first image, I thought to myself...wait a minute- this list should be something that can be colored in too ! So I converted the words to bubble letters and as soon as I saw that list of words, a light bulb went off in my head! I could hide words to color..I could do a word-search that you could color in! Her talents for art & design together with her passion for color and playfully silly personality all contribute to her success as both an illustrator and as a designer. Long before adult-coloring books were introduced to the world, Dani was turning store-bought children's coloring books into adult-coloring books for her own enjoyment. She would buy a simple coloring book and fill the pages with fine lines and details with a thin black marker. A plain dress would become intricately patterned and adorned with ruffles and buttons before it was ready to be colored and a puppy's fur would be filled bows and stripes. This is cute book for those who love to color and also do word search. Right off the bat though I was disappointed because my copy arrived slightly damaged (bent). I like the pages that have squares more then the ones that are just the letters to color in. Im an adult and I wouldn't say its extremely challenging, but its not to easy either which is a problem i frequently run into.
